Teachers and admins, you now have the answers at your fingertips with our redesigned Help Center. Popular resources, on-demand PD videos and FAQ articles are just a few clicks away! In our newest release, we’ve brought more of the help menu to your dashboard and streamlined how you can contact us.
1. If I’m in class and have a quick question, what can I do?
No worries. Click on the orange help button, then type in a word(s) in the search bar and ScootPad will return the articles or videos that match your keyword. Below we show you how to search for “Mastery check”. That was easy!
2. How do I report an issue or concern?
Once signed in, navigate to the page with the issue, then click the orange help button. From there, click contact us. You can summarize your concern (suggested info in summary: student name, specific issue, task where the issue is) and even include a snapshot of the page or your own file for us to review! Below, the teacher is wondering if her student Thor has had any mastery checks.
The teacher has 2 choices after uploading the screenshot and clicking next: 1) review a related article which may answer the question or 2) skip and send the message to the ScootPad team.
3. Is there phone support?
Yes! An administrator with a site license can contact us via phone. Navigate to the Contact us page and click “Give us a call”. A window will pop up with a phone number to call and the verification code you will be required to provide when prompted.
An administrator can also schedule a quick 15 minute virtual meeting with one of our experts. Click the Book Meeting button and choose an available time that works for you.
