Pump up the fun in your classroom!

Students work hard all week on ScootPad solving problems and earning coins. In addition, students are doing awesome things in your school which can be considered coin-worthy. What’s new in ScootPad? Updates for 15th Nov 2018

ScootPad releases updates every few weeks, sometimes with small changes and sometimes with big ones. Here are the changes and improvements released today: 1) Ability to share/setup assignments across classrooms 2) Comprehensive activity dashboard including Math facts, spelling, eBooks 3) Performance improvement of the Adaptive Practice dashboards 4) Ability to cancel the diagnostic test for multiple students.

Using “Goals” vs “Screen Time” to Track Student Progress

With the advent of apps used both inside and outside of the classroom, comes the need to track student learning, or how much time students spend on these apps and devices towards learning. Below we explain why "goals" is the metric we suggest you use instead of "screen time" to spur students on to mastery!
