Context Sensitive Help and on-demand PD resources are your new BFFs! With the redesigned help and navigation, finding resources on how to best use a feature is just one-click away. All training videos, free webinars and knowledge base will be available on-demand in one place and easy to find.

Below we’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions about the new  and improved help center:

1. How can I find a video on a specific feature?

When you need to dig deeper into a feature, the redesigned help center is right at your fingertips. On particular pages, clicking the orange “need help with this feature“, will reveal a landing page with a feature-specific overview video plus related FAQ articles.

2. How do I search for other topics?

Don’t see what you are looking for? No worries. Type in a word in the search bar and ScootPad will return the articles that match your keyword.

 3. I missed a webinar. Will it be offered again?

From Getting Started for Teachers, Admins and Parents to specific solutions designed to assist you with implementing ScootPad in every situation, our free webinars are sure to take your ScootPad experience to a higher level. These webinars are offered every other week so come join us and let’s talk live!

4. I’m in class during the webinar times. Do you have recorded ones?

Yes, the 101 series is currently available. Coming Soon! Before the holidays look for the entire ScootPad Solutions series to be available in a video format. These videos will present each Solution in a shorter, more condensed format allowing you to view at your leisure without all of the Q and A associated with a live webinar.

5. How can I contact ScootPad if I need help outside of a video, article, or a webinar?

Sign In to your ScootPad account and click the orange help button from the top right corner of your screen. In the Help Center popout, click the Contact Us button as shown below.
