This blog is the 2nd of the 10-part blog series introducing you to the 10 new features available for your use as you kickoff the new school year.

As students launch practices and assessments, they will encounter brand new content built from the ground up using the 50+ tech-enhanced item formats. These offer the psychometric properties that help more accurately measure student knowledge compared to traditional formats.

Below we’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions about these new questions:

1. How big is the content item bank?

ScootPad’s content bank consists of a practice bank which boasts 30 unique questions per each concept and an assessment bank which boasts 10 unique questions per each concept. This ensures a wide amount of coverage for each standard. As an example, Standard 3.OA.A.3 is separated into 8 different concepts providing 240 unique questions for practice and 80 unique questions for assessments.
