You recently registered for ScootPad. You enrolled your students. You printed out sign in cards and now it’s lab time. Now what? Do you give them a placement test? Will your devices work? What exactly is a learning path? These are all questions that you may have had at some point or you still have. Let’s dig in and show you how and where you can get the answers you need!

Device Check

ScootPad is a cloud-based web application which requires an active internet connection. Check your system’s ability to run ScootPad by clicking the Help button and selecting the “Device Check” option. Make sure that the page says your device is compatible and you see an OK in each item check. Note: We do NOT recommend using ScootPad on phones (due to limited screen size). Instead, use the platform on any tablet (7″ or larger) or any major device.

The Help Center

The help center is a great resource with a plethora of articles and videos designed to show you how to do anything and everything within ScootPad. Organized by role and then topic, you can drill down to find out how to edit a learning path and how to keep parents engaged. Short on time? Use the search area and narrow down your results!

Live chat

Live chat is a great tool and our operators love assisting you. Come check us out for very quick answers. If you see an envelope and are prompted to leave a message, we will get back to you pretty quickly as we are working with other Customers during that time.

Submit a Help Request

Chat is great for quick answers and the help center has step by step answers for just about everything. However, there are times when you need to send us a screenshot or the answer cannot be found in the help center. Simply head over to the help area and click on submit a help request. Upload a screenshot from your device and our engineers will get to the bottom of the issue.

Last but not least, you may not be within your account but still need to submit a request. Simply shoot an email to support@scootpad.com and we will reply as soon as we can. You can also give us a call at 800.994.0706 between 7 and 4 PST. We may be working with other Customers so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
