By 2020, we expect most K-12 schools to be using personalized learning in at least one way, but it’s a shift that will require more than just technology. It’s a big challenge, but it’s great to see many early adopters showing the way by implementing truly personalized learning solutions such as ScootPad.
Bill Gates, in his recent keynote address at the ASU+GSV Summit, outlined that his foundation’s #1 areas of focus for education is to enable “Effective Personalized Learning Solutions”. Mark Zuckerberg‘s “Chan Zuckerberg Initiative” recently announced that his foundation’s education efforts will focus on personalized learning and underserved communities.
We’re delighted to see “Personalized Learning” being recognized as the key enabler to transform learning – a belief that is near and dear to our mission which led to the launch of ScootPad in 2012. With this increased awareness and support from private and non-profit communities, we’re certain personalized learning will scale up and deliver on the promise to improve student outcomes like never before.
At ScootPad, we’re super excited to have been involved with building personalized learning solutions that will help the world’s younger generation enhance their learning potential.
