Hey ScootPad users, we want to update you on some awesome improvements to our support! As we prepare for next school year, we’re working on revamping our customer and product support with increased support staff, extended support hours, new and improved online help, and free weekly webinars.
Extended Support Hours
We have great news for our East Coast fans: our phone and chat support will now open at 8 AM Pacific! This extra hour will help us be more available to you, especially during your busy mornings! Improved Online Help
We are currently in the process of making our help center more user-friendly. We’re hoping to provide users with easier navigation through ScootPad’s help articles so you can find quick answers to your questions 24/7! (Because you shouldn’t have to find a help article on how to search for a help article.)
Free Weekly Webinars
We’re dedicated to making sure our users get the most out of ScootPad while using our adaptive platform in the classroom. So, starting next school year we will be hosting FREE weekly webinars for teachers to go over ScootPad basics.
